LLR/License Info

All real estate agent licenses are issued and renewed by the South Carolina Department of Licensing, Labor, and Regulation (LLR).

Licenses come due on a 2 year cycle and must be renewed online. Continuing Education is required in order to renew licenses. PDRA is pleased to offer CE credits in person at multiple times throughout the year. See our calendar for more information regarding upcoming classes. LLR’s website also keeps a calendar of all CE being offered statewide.
